Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products through an established dealer network
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential dealers
Effectively communicate dealer expectations and work diligently with the dealer to achieve expected outcomes
Assist in the marketing of Dutchmen brands and features to dealers and retail customers
Achieve agreed upon monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and outcomes
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze markets throughout North America to identify and capture new dealer partners for Dutchmen products
Willingness to travel and participate in retail shows to sell Dutchmen products to the retail customer/end user
Supply management with reports on dealer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
BS/BA degree or equivalent sales experience
