Required Skills / Job Description:- Administers software configuration management (SCM) processes on large scale open systems (Windows/UNIX) architecture. Installs, configures and administers SCM tools including the planning and execution of product implementations/rollouts.

- Implements and manages build server tools

- Educates customer base on Continuous Integration (CI) and Software Development Lifecycle best practices.

- Manages and executes software release builds and deployments for Java and .NET applications running on WebSphere and IIS Web Servers.

- Develops and maintains scripting using ANT, Shell, Perl, batch, and WSADMIN scripting for WebSphere Application Server.

- Aligns with ITIL/ITSM, fosters and supports a process-centric, documented environment.

- Designs workflow processes.

Provides project management of all SCM tasks and implementations.

- Communicates and develops effective collaborative working relationships with IT leadership, development teams and support partners

- Ensures compliance to legal and audit requirements.

- Provides excellent oral and written communication skills, is independent, a self-starter, a logic-oriented individual that is extremely thorough in their work, makes sound decisions, is service-oriented and has a pro-active attitude.

Academic/Experience/Competency

- BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related degree

- 5-8 years related experience

- Qualified candidate must have experience working with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or similar, NetApp Administration, PowerShell scripting, Linux, and BASH Experience. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime is required.

Tasks completed on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis; project assigned.• Requirements gathering and enhancement of DevSecOps.• Design, propose, facilitate organizational and process improvements as needed for supporting automation and DevSecOps.• Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for incidents and problems related to affected automation.• ctive driver for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery based application development.• Understanding, learning, and applying new automated build, test and deployment capabilities and help develop project teams towards integrating such solutions.• Expand awareness, knowledge, and experience on automation within CI/CD pipelines.• Central to obtaining and processing requirements to transform application delivery for cloud in an agile fashion.• Maintain adherence to architectural standards/principles, Enterprise and Product-specific guidelines, usability design standards.• Provide support and documentation to assist in sustaining projects during the transition to production.• Input into internal and external teams towards development of standards as well as efficiencies.• Identifies potential points of contention for missed activities and notify stakeholders of situation with possible solution.• Involve and drive evolution towards DevSecOps and Agile Transformation.• Execution of process engineering and operational improvement initiatives for automation tooling focused on cloud.• Root cause analysis and improvement solutions.• Knowledge, skills, abilities, traits, certifications, years of experience, to successfully perform job function.• Strong skillset and 4+ year experience establishing CI/CD pipelines using on Cloud (AWS) based Infrastructure.• Strong skillset on integrating and operating Static and Dynamic Code Scans for security testing, Opensource Code Scan with pipelines.• Knowledge and/or experience on designing, developing, deploying, and CI/CD in a DevOps environment.• Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes and other types of Microservices and Container technologies highly preferred• Linux and Windows administration experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
