If you've answered YES - we have an exciting opportunity for you We are hiring a Purchase Order Management Analyst to join the Operations team at a global automotive company in Dearborn. This is an critical role as you will help ensure timely processing of manual and electronic customer POs in the system. Previous experience processing purchase orders will be helpful, as will SAP and Baan experience. Responsibilities

  • Prepares, tracks, and processes incoming customer purchase orders in Baan for manual and EDI transactions
  • Prepares correspondence to customers/Sales/Purchasing
  • Retains discrepancy approvals for audits of customer contracts/purchase orders (PO)
  • Produces customer purchase orders into a sales order acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours
  • Completes requested amendments for cost, customer sell price, supplier, part number changes, address changes, quantity changes, or any other required updates
