Sr. Systems Administrator The Sr. Systems Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, related infrastructure as well as cloud environment. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational/Cybersecurity requirements and policies.

The pay range is $70,500 to $115,000 per year; the pay will be determined on a case?by?case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job?related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities

Will assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include workstations, servers, network equipment, cloud services, Office365, Azure, and software applications. Assist in the development, maintenance and procedures for all Cybersecurity compliance requirements. Make recommendations for new equipment and services. Perform on?site technical support.

Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources. Maintains excellent communication with the Director of MIS on all tasks and projects. Creates and maintains good technical documentation. Keeps area clean according to 5S standards.

Follows all safety rules as set by the company.

Requirements

A Degree in Information Systems from four?year college or university; seven years related experience. Microsoft Certification programs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of user support, help desk operations, business systems in a manufacturing environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Detailed knowledge of Windows Server (2012?2019), vmWare, VLANs, routing protocols, various networking switches/equipment. Working knowledge of Azure, Office365, and Cisco/Meraki networking switches/equipment Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Creativity, innovativeness and ability to suggest alternatives to problems.
