Preferred Dental Partners is a small-business owned by three dentists: Dr. John Borja, Dr. Anna Minnema, and Dr. Megan Oldridge. Our main office is in Horicon, WI, with a smaller, satellite office in Beaver Dam, WI. Our vision is to provide top-notch care with a personalized, compassionate focus.

We are an unrestricted provider, meaning we are not under contract with any insurance companies. This allows us to provide the dental health care our patients need, not what their insurance dictates. This also allows us to spend the time we need with each patient and provide quality care without cutting any corners.

We have an excellent benefit package including 3+ weeks paid time off starting after 90 days (and increasing again after 2 years of employment), 401K with an employer match, profit sharing, uniform allowance, HSA/FSA, continuing education and more

Our most ideal candidate would be available Monday through Thursday with occasional half-day availability on Fridays (approximately 1 time every 4-6 weeks).
