Job Title: PlannerJob Description

We are seeking a diligent Planner to organize production according to demand and quality standards. In this role, you will ensure that goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them, organized, results-driven, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining various manufacturing plans, coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products, and determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand. You will also assign workers to particular production operations, monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget, address issues for minimum disruption, and collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.

Hard Skills

+ 2 years of planning experience

+ Excellent knowledge of planning and quality control principles

+ Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)

+ Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

+ Proficient in blue print/technical specification reading

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wichita, Kansas.

Work Environment
