Job Description

Job Summary: Step into the role of People Business Partner at Argano where you will connect the dots between our HR initiatives and business needs. This role isn't about crafting strategies from scratch but rather ensuring that our people operations align seamlessly with what our teams are already achieving. You'll be the go-to for ensuring HR practices are understood and embraced across the board, helping maintain our position as a dynamic leader in the digital consultancy space.

Core Responsibilities: HR Alignment and Support: Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure recruitment efforts sync up with departmental needs, providing support where needed to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. Facilitate development programs and initiatives that help our people grow in their careers and contribute effectively to their teams.

Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage and resolve employee relations issues with a fair and systematic approach, ensuring our workplace remains respectful and equitable. Assist in overseeing the performance management process, helping it reflect our values and business goals. Help lead change initiatives that make our corporate environment more agile and responsive to market demands.

Organizational Support and Compliance: Contribute to building a workplace culture that values diversity and drives innovation. Stay updated on labor laws and ensure our practices are compliant and up to date. Provide advisory on People-related legal issues as necessary, working with legal counsel to keep our operations smooth and risk-free.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.

Experience: 7 to 10 years of HR experience with a solid track record of supporting HR functions and partnering with business units.

Certifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is viewed favorably.

Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively within an HR team and across departments. Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
