Job DescriptionCoordinate inspections based on the supplier's schedule by working with the client to determine the required skillset and experience for the inspection. Schedule the inspector with the necessary information to ensure timely completion of the inspection.Responsible for project profitability tasks, including calculating profit margins and ensuring they align with company goals when selecting independent or regular inspectors with the right competencies for work assignments.Compile inspection assignment packages and send them to the assigned inspectors.Follow all company and client procedures and guidelines when assigning suitable inspectors to each assignment, ensuring all required paperwork is provided to the inspectors and fully managing each assignment until completion.Verify and manage inspection schedules, handle delays, and coordinate any questions that may arise during inspections.Review assignment packages from clients for quality and compliance. Review and monitor timesheets, and ensure timely invoicing to clients. Follow up on outstanding reports, payments, and other documentation from inspectors.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in inspection coordination.Must have a wide network and strong relationships with third-party inspectors across the United States.High school diploma is required. Technical training or experience working in a manufacturing plant is preferred.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
