Position: Export Agent Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Compensation: $28-$30 per hour Company Overview: Omni Logistics is a global provider of air, ocean and ground services, including supplemental services for enterprises dependent on the efficient movement of high value freight. We provide expedited less-than-truckload services, including local pick-up and delivery, shipment consolidation/deconsolidation, warehousing, and customs brokerage by utilizing a comprehensive national network of terminals. In addition, we offer truckload brokerage services, including dedicated fleet services, and intermodal, first- and last-mile, high-value drayage services, both to and from seaports and railheads, dedicated contract and Container Freight Station warehouse and handling services. Core Responsibilities & Duties: + Coordinate the transportation of goods by air or ocean including scheduling with carriers and managing the movement of goods through various transportation methods. + Prepare and process required documentation for International Export Transportation. + Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments. + Follow Standard Operating Procedures and the directives as outlined by leadership and the company guidelines. + Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. + Collaborate with other internal departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to ensure timely and efficient service requirements. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws. + Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements & Qualifications: + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international export operation. + Cargo wise knowledge preferred.
