Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Fall Line, currently under construction, is envisioned by the founders as a private, world class destination golf and sporting club located in Butler, GA. Facilities will include two 18 hole golf courses, and a 9 hole short course. Shooting sports will include, skeet, trap, five stand sporting clays and two 15 station walk up sporting clays fields. The club will also offer quail, deer and wild board hunting. Hospitality amenities include multiple dining and lodging facilities.

The facilities engineer will be a key member of the Club's management team and will ensure the physical plant and all facilities are safe, properly maintained and functional. He/she will work closely with the Director of Agronomy to the entire property is clean, orderly and aesthetically appropriate.

General Duties:

-Supervision and management of the club's maintenance staff -Repair, maintenance and upkeep of all buildings and structures -Maintenance and upkeep of various transportation and work vehicles. -Maintenance of Club infrastructure including, roads, bridges, electrical, waste disposal, plumbing and mechanical systems. -Engagement and management of outside contractors and service providers -Compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and standards. -In cooperation with Director of Agronomy, ensures general cleanliness and orderliness of clubs grounds. -Long range planning & management of capital improvement projects.

Requirements: A four-year college degree (engineering preferred), understanding of trades and a hands-on work ethic. Successful candidates will possess a hospitality mindset and enjoy interacting with members and quests. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to ensure the safety and comfort of our members, guests and staff.
