Accounts Receivable Specialist The Accounts Receivable Specialist processes invoices and payment applications for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner. They resolve all accounts receivable issues with customers, adhering to monthly collection goals. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Processes invoices and payment applications Processes credit card payments Responds to customer calls and e-mails in a prompt and courteous manner Resolves all accounts receivable issues with customers Investigates denied and short-paid transactions Adheres to monthly collection goals Negotiates past due balances Issues credit memos as needed and authorized Position Requirements: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or other related field 1 to 3 years of experience in business or customer service Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Preferred Requirements: Experience with WorkDay and Salesforce Pay: This is an hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and pays up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications.
