- This candidate will support the program initiatives specific to Global Specialty intake and underwriting and should be proficient in using techniques that enable a highly iterative delivery approach of continuous requirement identification, focusing on delivering effective business value as quickly as possible using application of agile practices, principles, and lean thinking.
- The role will be responsible for conducting stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, leading backlog refinement sessions, interacting with Product Owners, end users, and other stakeholders to elicit, document and test new requirements, test and validate existing requirements and create new user stories.
- The Business Analyst will provide support to developers and testers and facilitate prioritization of user stories, having a strong understanding of the business intent and the ability to help the team build business and technical requirements to comprehensively cover the business goals and objectives.
- 5+ years of deep practical experience in the role, with repeated experience performing business analysis in a variety of complex situations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
