Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director located in Washington, DC. The Associate Director will oversee daily operations, manage and lead a team of security professionals, and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

They will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, foster client relationships, and maintain high standards of service delivery. This role also involves identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring that all security solutions are efficient and effective.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively. Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response planning, and regulatory compliance.

Experience

in client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to analyze risks, optimize operations, and create data-driven strategies. Proficient in communication, decision-making, and problem-solving under high-pressure situations. Familiarity with cutting-edge security technology and systems is a plus.

Bachelors degree in security management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the security industry at a managerial or leadership level is advantageous.
