The Retail Associate will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience, managing inventory, and providing customer-focused service. There is an opportunity for full-time employment based on schedule & experience as well. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Customer Experience and Customer-focused Service skills Experience in Inventory Management Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent time-management skills Familiarity with retail industry software and tools Ability to work weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field is a plus Prior retail experience is a plus Timeline Ideally, training will begin ASAP.
