Position Title: SAP Supply Chain ContractorPurpose: Responsible for the Day to Day functional support of the SAP MM and PM ModulesPrimary Functions: Providing production support by performing daily monitoring tasks, maintaining system configurations, identifying process gaps, and implementing process improvementsAssisting customers with help desk tickets that range from researching and resolving break/fix issues, updating the system with configuration changes, and providing "how-to" type guidanceWorking with analysts in other support roles to resolve sophisticated issues and building out future enhancement opportunitiesUnderstanding customer requirements and validating functional specifications with the businessUnderstanding the integration and functionality of other modules within the ERP landscapeCreating functional design specifications and training documentationPlanning and performing system change and upgrade testingIdentifying and driving innovation, standardization, and standard methodology opportunitiesCritical Skills:Strong customer focus; customer comes first attitudeExcellent interpersonal skillsGood verbal and electronic communication skillsAbility to solve problems from analysis all the way through to implementation of a resolutionAbility to work independently and manage own priorities and workloadBasic/Required Qualifications:3+ years SAP MM functional support experiencePreferred Qualifications:Oil & Gas Business Experience in Supply Chain, and/or OperationsOrganizational Reporting Lines: Reports to Supervisor, ERP Operations & Supply ChainRequired Skills : Functional understanding of SAP SCM and MM Understanding of the Purchase to Pay or Procure to Pay process Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 SAP ECC experience Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : Background Check :YesDrug Screen :YesNotes :Selling points for candidate :Project Verification Info :Candidate must be your W2 Employee :NoExclusive to Apex :YesFace to face interview required :NoCandidate must be local :NoCandidate must be authorized to work without sponsorship ::NoInterview times set :YesType of project :Administration/SupportMaster Job Title :ERP: SAP FunctionalBranch Code :Tulsa
