Who They Are
We are working with a $200M privately held highly innovative manufacturer in the commercial building products space. They are looking for an estimator due to retirement.

What You'll Do

Estimate all qualified opportunities; provide appropriate information for pricing and issuance of quotation

Maintain quote log for accurate record keeping including wins/losses

Track communication and document flow with software tools to ensure customer quotes are timely and accurate

Review construction documents, analyze and interpret job specifications along with contract drawings to determine proper product applications

Understand the product literature and installation

Work with the customer service and sales department to ensure quality customer service and satisfaction

Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and goals of the position and Deck Division

Maintain quote log for accurate record keeping including wins/losses

Help train and support new Customer Service Reps when applicable

Estimator to work with Inside Sales Rep, Outside Service Representatives

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in estimating, project management, or a related discipline

Construction management or construction related work experience

Experience with Auto CAD and estimating software programs

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, technical and contract documents

Experience with MS programs; Word, Excel, Outlook
