Forum Brands brings families together, one brand at a time. We build and operate exceptional brands with exceptional products in the Family, Health & Wellness, and Pet categories. We are a bold, creative, and diverse team of operators, investors, and technologists.

NOTE: This role is based in NYC. Forum Brands operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week.

We are hiring a strategic and results-driven Senior Vice President of Finance, with a proven track record of leading cohesive financial organizations that drive outsized results. As SVP of Finance, you will support all financial functions for Forum, from Strategic Finance to FP&A and Accounting. What you'll do:

    • Serve as a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member with shared responsibility for directing and carrying out Forum's strategy, mission, principles, and culture.
    • Execute financial strategies aligned with company goals, working as a trusted partner to leaders overseeing Growth Partnerships, Operations, People, Technology, and Corporate Development.
    • Lead the budgeting process, providing guidance on resource allocation, cost control measures, and financial forecasting to support informed decision-making.
    • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate financial risks through the implementation of strong policies and procedures.
    • Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, presenting key financial metrics to the SLT, Forum's Board of Directors, current and future investors, and the company as a whole.
    • Provide financial modeling, financial analysis, and valuation support for a variety of special projects that may include M&A, financings, new business initiatives, and other ad-hoc projects.
    • Manage core accounting and tax processes, inclusive of investor reporting requirements, tax preparation and filing, NetSuite reconciliations, annual audit completion, and more.
    • Partner directly with the CEO on all elements of corporate governance, investor relations, and fundraising.
Requirements:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance and/or FP&A, with at least 3 years in a finance leadership role.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability; experience in inventory-based businesses is preferred.
    • Depth of knowledge in core FP&A, accounting, and tax principles.
    • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, fundraising, debt financing, and other corporate finance activities.
    • Demonstrated performance in supporting and developing high-aptitude finance teams in growth environments.
    • Adherence to ethical standards and integrity in all financial activities.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
    • Commitment to promoting Forum's six principles in the workplace.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • An advanced graduate degree in a related field (e.g. MBA) and/or financial certifications (e.g. CFA / CPA) are valued, but not required.
