These brands include DecksDirect, DIY, SC&R and eGlass. The ideal candidate thrives on creating business impact through understanding and achieving goals.Key Responsibility Areas: Launch and manage paid search, paid social, and programmatic (ie, Paid Media) campaigns across a variety of clients and verticals (including e-commerce, entertainment, mobile apps)Perform campaign analysis and optimization to meet and exceed client KPI goalsWork with director team to understand goals, address client needs, and develop media strategyYour campaigns won't be limited to search distribution alone; you'll extend your influence to channels like YouTube, GDN, Pmax, Discovery Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads, and emerging Google Ads Betas.Synthesize business goals into achievable digital metrics to develop cross-channel digital marketing campaign strategies for both B2C and B2B customer segmentsAssess metrics and analyze data for opportunities to improve digital marketing performance as outlined by KPI targetsCreate and present detailed reports and dashboards that showcase progress and outcomes of campaignsSubject matter expert in popular digital marketing and web toolsLaunch, create, and manage paid search and social campaigns within Google Ads and other platformsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field3-4 years of experience working with biddable paid media campaignsPossesses high attention to detail, excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills4 years of "hands on keys" experience with Google Ad; creating, managing, and owning campaigns along with paid socialDesires to learn, continuously improve, and adapt to market and technology changesExpert on making decisions based on dataPartners cross-functionally in an effective, friendly, and collaborative mannerNot required: familiarity with marketing platforms such as Rakuten, CJ or ImpactWorking Environment: Full-timeSalaried, ExemptLocation: MUST BE A LOCAL CANDIDATE - On-site at Plymouth, MNBenefit Eligible Position: PTO, Health, Dental, Retirement, Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability options
