Essential Qualifications and Education:
* High school graduate, Diploma, Technical Degree
* 3 years experience in offshore construction industry
* • Knowledge of the Project operations to be undertaken
* Experience in offshore environment
* In possession of relevant trade certificate (Mechanical/Subsea)
* Experience in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance mechanical systems (tension machines, gearboxes, drive chains, high load roller systems, etc.)
* Experience operating flexible or rigid lay systems or similar equipment
* Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate in spoken and written English
* Offshore Personal Safety and Survival Training.
* Suitable Offshore Personal Medical Certificate - ENG1 or Equivalent.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Assist and support the E&M System Superintendent and Shift Supervisors
* Conform to company QHSE&S policies and procedures
* Carry out maintenance and operational tasks on Company equipment as instructed by the E&M System Shift Supervisor and as required by Company and manufacturers' procedures and manuals
* Conduct relevant equipment function checks against relevant standard checklists
* Undertake relevant repair and servicing requirements, and record any faults and applied repairs on the Equipment Fault/Repair Reports
