Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Production Foreman oversees all aspects of production, is responsible for the organization and planning in the assigned area, provides guidance, strategy execution where necessary, and direct supervision of their staff. Plans, directs, and monitors the work of area operations for optimum output and efficiency.Maintain area operating procedures ensuring all safety standards and personal protective equipment requirements are met by employees.Communicate daily operations and plan strategies to all employees, departments, and supervisors.Administer and coordinate all job-specific training for new hires and handle daily personnel issues.Manage work order prioritization.Maintain expertise and act as first responder to critical production issues.Providing oversight of vendors, contractorsMonitoring lease production.Identifying lost production by diagnosing individual well performance.Supervision of well work including rigs, wireline, cementing, acid and plugging crews.Communicate lease and well problems and develop remedies.Implement solutions to address problems.Ensuring safe and environmentally responsible operations by monitoring and responding to tank battery alarms.Review and execute engineering projects in the field.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.Supervises company and contract lease operators, as well as supervises company and contract personnel conducting repair and maintenance operations.Oversees activities of contractors performing well service, lease maintenance, swabbing rigs, flow back operations, and work-over operationsManage lease operator schedules and routes.Work with landowners and members of the community to prevent or resolve issues that may arise with daily operations.Additional duties as assigned. Requirements 5-8 years' experience in Oil and Gas operations.Previous experience as an oil and gas production foreman or assistant foreman a plus.Extensive knowledge of natural gas operations Including wells, measurement, compressors, and pipelines preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines.Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer, including Microsoft Office applications.Able to learn company-specific applications.Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Working Conditions and Physical RequirementsFamiliar with PPE and wearing FR clothing.Prolonged sitting, standing, walking in the field environment.Job is classified as light physical work in an office setting involving sitting, with intermittent periods of stooping, walking and standing.Occasionally may be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.Potential exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.Some work may be performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
