If you're a problem-solver with experience in a manufacturing environment, this is your chance to make a significant impact on our operations.YOUR IMPACT ON OUR TEAMProblem Identifier: You will identify and review repetitive equipment problems with maintenance engineering. Utilize failure analysis methods to search for root cause preventative measures.Efficiency Improver: You will reduce equipment downtime by improving PM and Work Order practices.Efficiency Manager: You will manage the CMMS to approve, process, and schedule work orders, preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance tasks in Oracle.Job Preparer: You will allocate necessary labor, parts, tools, permits, and documentation for jobs. Write clear and concise work procedures and maintain the maintenance reference materials.WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE FROM YOUHigh School Diploma or GED.Three plus years' related experience in a maintenance support position.Experience with MRP and ERP systems such as Oracle.Thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field, such as mechanics, maintenance technology, or maintenance process including work orders, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs.Proven ability to identify and understand electrical and mechanical equipment and components.Demonstrated ability to read and interpret prints and schematics.Ability to create PMs based on manufacturing specifications and working knowledge of equipment.Proficient with basic features of Microsoft Office software products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Why wait, start a career with us today Join the Charter family and grow with us. #CharterSJS123#LI-Onsite#LI-CS1
