As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within the healthcare industry. Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of the annual operating budget, ensuring adherence to financial directives and providing guidance to departmental managers.

Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.

Participate in the setup and creation of the Capital Budget

Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports, analyzing variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Support the evaluation of financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare finance.

a. Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
b. Minimum Experience Requirement :
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
