Founded by two experienced RNs and an MD, we are proud to be women- and Veteran-owned. *Position Overview:* The Hospice, Palliative, and House Call Nurse Practitioner (NP) collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care for patients with terminal, advanced, or progressive health conditions. The NP conducts visits wherever the patient calls homewhether in private residences or care facilitiesproviding geriatric house call services with a strong focus on advanced care planning and palliative symptom management to support aging in place. Qualifications: * Must have a valid Driver's License. * ANCC or AANP board-certified required in both Idaho and/or Oregon. * If only licensed in one state, (ID or OR) must be willing to obtain a license for the other state. * Must have unencumbered valid license to practice.
