Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **In this role you get to:** + Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees. + Delivery of Human Resources processes such as onboarding, benefit administration, pay reviews, performance management and off boarding – entire employee life cycle + Facilitate effective delivery of employee communications, including announcing organization changes, new hires, key initiative updates, and nVent and Segment news. + Identify and recommend opportunities for HR initiatives that improve employee experiences, grow high-performing teams and reinforce our values and culture + Collaborate with HR teams across the business and lead project work to drive consistent execution of HR services. + Provide day-to-day coaching and counsel to internal partners on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation across multiple sites. + Maintain HRIS data and ensure quality delivery of reports, etc. + Provide above and beyond customer service to employees + Lead engagement initiatives to promote a professional and enjoyed workplace **Qualifications and Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline required + 3+ years of HR generalist/business partner experience + Experience supporting manufacturing functions preferred + Knowledge and understanding of employment laws, human resources theory, practices and legal requirements + Skills in consulting, collaboration, innovation, planning, decision making and organization to help identify and develop programs, policies, guidelines and procedures that will engage and retain a highly talented workforce + Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple tasks nVent is an Equal Opportunity Employer. **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + At nVent, we believe safer systems ensure a more secure world.
