Requirements | 6 months of recent receptionist experience, proficient with computers, and must be willing to get a property casual and life insurance license.

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $16 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance inquiries.
  • Educate customers about insurance options.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Answer visitors' questions, calls, and emails.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.
  • Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
  • Other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
