Job Description:

We are seeking an Expense and Headcount Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing expenses and headcount data to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities: Analyze and monitor expense trends, variances, and drivers to identify areas of opportunity and risk. Coordinate and collect monthly expense accruals across the US Departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Conduct regular reviews of departmental expenses and provide insights to drive cost efficiencies and improve profitability. Track and analyze headcount data, including hiring, attrition, and workforce planning. Participate in the recruitment workflow in coordination with HR and the Finance Executive team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, expense management, or related roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Planning Analytics, SmartView). Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets. Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting processes, and financial performance metrics. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
