The Chargeback Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing solutions for Accertify clients who use our Dispute Management product. They leverage the extensive configuration options and technologies of the Accertify platform to create customized solutions that meet each client's specific needs. Additionally, this role focuses on building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams to provide exceptional service and ensure the successful deployment of the solutions. Responsibilities: Configuration of multiple complex software implementation projects with the expectation of meeting and exceeding company-defined standards and ensuring implementations are delivered within the expected timeframe. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, including Development and Account Management. Develop strong relationships with Customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure that expectations are exceeded. Perform troubleshooting after the software is implemented. Qualifications: 2+ years of software implementation and integration experience. Proven ability to work with customers and external entities (payment processors) throughout the implementation process. Ability to work with technical and business team members to build dynamic project teams. Ability to communicate with clients' staff at multiple levels, including Software Integration, Project Management, and business requirements. Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher Degree. Computer Science-related degree. Familiarity with JSON. Strong understanding of HTTP / HTTPS / SFTP. Familiarity with Chargebacks and Disputes and their lifecycle. Online Credit Card processing, chargeback, and fraud analysis experience. Additional Details: Location: 2 Pierce Place, Suite 900, Itasca, IL 60143 Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week). Remote work flexibility will be considered for qualified candidates outside the Chicagoland area.
