ClinDCast is looking for Business Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document them effectively. Business Process Analysis:

Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization. Requirement Documentation:

Create detailed and clear requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes. Requirements Management:

Maintain a traceable and organized repository of requirements, ensuring they are properly prioritized and aligned with project goals.

Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project progress. Solution Design:

Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design feasible and effective solutions that meet business requirements. Data Analysis:

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed business decisions. Testing and Quality Assurance:

Assist in creating test plans, test cases, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements. Change Management:

Support the implementation of new processes or technologies by assisting in change management efforts, including training and communication. Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) can be advantageous. Proven experience (X years) as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector]. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business processes and systems. Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycles. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Data analysis skills and proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for data manipulation and reporting. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
