Role
As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Client Services Representative, Customer Care Specialist), you'll act as a liaison, provide product/service information, manage customer complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You'll also collaborate with the key account team, follow up on orders, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proven customer service experience or experience as a client services representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Excellent Communication Skills, Basic Computer Skills, and Microsoft Excel.
