Description
Lima One Capital is searching for a Recruiting Specialist to join the nations premier lender for real estate investors. In this role you will work hand in hand with the Talent Acquisition team to partner with leaders across the organization to determine recruitment needs and execute hiring strategies for all corporate positions within Lima One Capital. This is an onsite role in our corporate office located in downtown Greenville, SC. Your responsibilities will be diverse as they will include all aspects of the recruitment process. Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with leaders and hiring managers to deliver a best-in-industry candidate experience.
Participate in Intake meetings with hiring managers.
Evaluate resumes, conduct phone prescreens and communicate findings to hiring managers.
Conduct candidate reference checks.
Work with HR Administrator to schedule phone, Teams video and onsite interviews.
Utilize companys ATS to document the lifecycle of the candidate through each step of the recruitment process.
Assist with promoting the companys referral program to expand recruitment reach.
Assist with the coordination of our college recruitment program and attend local career fairs.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate our Intern program.
Assist with tracking recruitment metrics.
Maintain internal career site.
Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to monitor and manage advertising campaigns.
There may be other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-3 years of professional recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting preferred.
Working technical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. Paylocity is a plus
Ability to cultivate relationships.
An adaptive communication style possessing outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office products, including Excel.
Must possess a positive, proactive and collaborate attitude.
Exceptional time management, prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience with external job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred.
