Sales Executive Position at Ergo-Flex Technologies, LLC. Ergo-Flex Technologies is in search of a Sales Executive who is highly motivated and results-oriented to become part of our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a committed sales expert who strives to make a significant impact in a fast-growing industry. As an essential member of our sales team, you will have a vital role in boosting our company's revenue by discovering new business prospects, establishing connections with potential clients, and finalizing agreements. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques. Present our equipment to potential customers through detailed product demonstrations, highlighting the distinctive features and benefits. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities which includes sales calls, presentations, and closed deals. Stay up-to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Participate in trade shows to showcase our products and services and form new connections. Deliver precise and timely reports to the sales manager regarding sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive, preferably within the medical industry. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive for success. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events.
