This position reports to the property manager. Primary responsibilities include: Greeting prospective residents and giving tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads Assisting new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks Collecting security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins Communicating all lease and community policies to new and current residents Following up with all leads and prospects that did not lease Ensuring apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriate Seeking out new residents with creative marketing techniques Managing the lease renewal process and retention efforts Promptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, sales, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or retail and excel at engaging with different personalities.
