About The Job In the role, you will have an opportunity to partner directly with the CFO and Senior Leadership in a visible, hands-on position. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for processing AR, AP, performing month end close activities, identifying cost savings, and maintaining financial reports for the accounting department. Responsibilities Identify and implement process improvements. Prepare account reconciliations for assigned accounts. Perform month-end close activities required to produce financial statements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Process accounts receivable and accounts payable. Assist with annual audit preparation. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. 4+ years of related accounting experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, time management skills, and proven ability to proactively resolve problems.
