This is a hybrid position and would require you to be in the local office 2-3 days a week. Navitaire is modernizing our portfolio of hosted services to apply cloud-first architectural principles, and to evolve our offerings to align with offer and order management concepts. We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Owner to support this effort. In this role you will help maximize the outcome of the Agile team(s) to give best value to the customers. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, create actionable user stories for the development team, participate in daily scrum meetings, answer developers' questions as the customer/user representative, accept the finished user stories to make sure the work meets the criteria, participate in iteration retrospectives. Work in a context of an Agile team (Scrum or Kanban), applying the best agile practices in term of product backlog management (writing a good features and user stories, setting good acceptance criteria, vertical slicing, prioritization and refinement of the backlog, accepting the user stories, managing demos). In case the Agile team is part of a scaled agile organization, it is expected to attend and participate actively to the ceremonies at scrum-of-scrums level including (program increment planning, PO sync, system demos...) and work closely to ensure the team backlog and the program backlog alignment.

Common accountabilities: * Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members. * Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments. * Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations. Specific accountabilities: Understand, identify and define customer needs * Transform the high-level vision of the Product Manager into detailed requirements, working closely with a range of stakeholders for the product, including non-customer stakeholders such as finance, security, operations, support, audit, and others. * Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades, and interact with Product Managers to develop user stories or features affecting the team backlog Contribute to the product vision and roadmap * Define and continuously develop the product vision and the business value in line with the business owners, product managers, other Product Owners and agile teams Support the product features definition (scoping) * With the support of the Agile team, lead the definition and prioritization of the Features or user stories, based on customer needs and value, to deliver based on market and business needs * Consider and prioritize amongst all Features the enabler work and sequence the architectural runway in collaboration with Architects/Engineering * Collaborate with other teams across the group to ensure coherent prioritization, product alignment, marketing and user experience across...
