**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) **Job Specialty:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU) **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 19:00-07:00 **Guaranteed Hours:** Information not provided **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a hospital setting **License:** Active Compact License **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS **Must-Have:** Cardiac experience, including drips **Job Description:** - Provide high-quality nursing care in the Intermediate Care Unit. - Work collaboratively with a team of nurses, patient care technicians, and unit secretaries. - Manage patient ratios of 1:4 during assigned shifts. - Utilize tele equipment and Meditech EMR system efficiently. - Perform cardioversions and monitor patient's cardiac status closely. - Exhibit a positive and outgoing personality; be energetic and organized. - Possess stroke experience, preferred for consideration. - Willing to float to Med/Surg if required. - Adhere to the dress code of Navy Scrubs. - Work up to 4 weekend shifts, typically 3, as part of the rotation. No on-call shifts beyond the standard 12-hour shifts. **Note:** This position is available due to a vacancy.
