Marketing Specialist

Our Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Lime’s marketing strategy by researching, creating, and editing content that supports Lime as a premier turn-key solution for our clients in the experiential marketing world. Duties/Responsibilities: Create content in the form of videos, social posts, blogs or articles for Lime’s website and social platforms. Determine the effectiveness of content through increased/measured traffic and digital conversions. Updates Sales presentations & collateral to support sales process/team using Lime’s brand standards. Research Lime’s target audience and determine effective ways to reach them on a consistent basis. Oversee professional photographer/videographer staffing process for activations. Support branded company merchandise procurement process with Teams & Talent department. Additional responsibilities may be assigned. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Creative Judgement –Make creative decisions that support digital presence, image, and support Lime’s sales team. Detail Oriented – Work with manager to use data to make tweaks and adjustments to consistently improve and increase exposure to our targeted audience. Organization & Timeliness – Support the company’s market differentiation of quick-turn by producing timely, quality digital and printed material in a deadline-oriented environment with supreme organization. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication, follow-up, and collaborative, cross-functional partner Understanding of how to execute a smart social campaign for B:B and B:B:B with a multi-faceted digital marketing approach Capable of maintaining Lime’s brand standards across all branded content creation Organized and can manage many ongoing tasks with strong follow-up Willing to research and keep up with the ever-changing game of the social media success game Education and Experience: 1-3 years of brand marketing, social media management, and content creation Marketing Degree preferred
