Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Loss Control Project Manager to join our team. The Loss Control Project Manager will play a pivotal role in creating, managing the deployment, and maintaining loss control systems installed on commercial construction sites.

In addition, this role will require strong account management skills to ensure the successful implementation of our technology. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both project management and customer success, with a focus on environmental sensors, water flow and shutoff metering, and/or camera solutions in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment and maintenance of Internet of Things (IoT) loss control technology systems - environmental sensors, water flow and shutoff metering, and/or camera solutions - for our clients, ensuring successful implementation and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project timelines, resources, logistics, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client projects, providing exceptional account management support to ensure the success of our technology.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
  • Utilize project managements tools to organize and prioritize tasks, responsibilities, and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering collaboration and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in construction technology and IoT loss control devices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Up to 20% travel nationwide.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing the design, deployment, and maintenance of IoT loss control technology systems. Familiarity with construction technology and IoT solutions is a bonus.
  • Experience in construction, property management, real estate, heavy industrial, or manufacturing industries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management in construction or loss control sensor technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong background in account management, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
