Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Family Physician who has knowledge and experience in primary care and preventative services to treat and work with the employees and families at our brand new employer-sponsored health and wellness center in Bloomington, Indiana.
Youll treat individuals and families (ages 2+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ? all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.
Role highlights include:
- 40 hour per week position ? no on-call or weekends required
- Weekly Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
- Wednesday: 10:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.

WATCH: What It's Like to Practice Healthcare at Marathon Health
Responsibilities:As a Family Physician at Marathon Health, youll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.
In addition to patient-care responsibilities, youll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the centers staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.
Qualifications:- Unrestricted medical license required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must have primary care/family practice experience
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
