Job Summary

As the Logistics Specialist, you will track inbound containers, manage the inventory platform, and oversee the internal transfer of orders within XC's logistics network. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in logistics and billing software.

Responsibilities:

•Attach barcodes to all inbound containers

•Enter inbound container information into spreadsheets, logistics program, and accounting software

•Track container locations with appropriate data and barcodes. Updated immediately as changes occur

•Document Management & Settlements, including Driver Logs, Bill Pay, Proof of Delivery, and other applicable data

•Grade containers

Requirements

•High school diploma required. College degree preferred

•Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

•Detail-oriented

•Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

•Ability to understand logistics management software

•Proven ability with spreadsheet input and analytics
