Job Purpose and primary objectives: QUMAS System Admin
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Ability to support and manage clients QUMAS application
Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): Needs to Lead and Manage a Team of 7-10 associates.
Other responsibilities Budgets, targets, equipment etc (please specify): Grow revenue for TCS in QUMAS and similar integrated applications in Manufacturing and supply chain Eco system

Key Skills/Knowledge:
Serve as the technical and functional expert on the QUMAS EDMS(Electronic Document Management System-Enterprise Content Management, Industry Document control, Batch Data Management)
Responsible for implementing and managing configuration change requests on lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects, and document types/subtypes.
Provide QUMAS administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, data management, workflows and report creation as necessary. Participate in requirements gathering efforts (Business Process/Functional and Technical Specifications) for the QUMAS applications.
Coordinate with QUMAS Managed Services for QUMAS product releases and resolution of any major issues in the application.
Responsible for risk assessment of changes in the quarterly releases across all QUMAS applications.
Monitor alerts and troubleshoot critical production issues impacting end-users, including system unavailability and data integrity issues.
Work directly with the support teams to bring open help desk issues to a resolution by triage and monitoring progress.
Provide training support for new QUMAS users.
Oversee and participate, as needed, in system and user acceptance testing including IQ/OQ/PQ. Create and update standard compliance reports and alert users of upcoming content expirations.
Participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
Maintain overall project and issue tracker and report routinely. Continue to develop individual skills in QUMAS technology stack and provide cross- training .
Draft and lead IT Change Control Process as required for QUMAS Applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including responsible business communication
Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timeline-driven environment
