The Pharmacy Director – 340B Operations is responsible for the strategic oversight, optimization, and compliance of the organization’s 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role involves developing and executing strategies to optimize the 340B program's operational efficiency. To ensure program integrity, the Director will maintain strict adherence to federal and state 340B regulations and systemwide policy. The 340B Director will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance program performance, improve training, and support communication of the federal 340B program. Key Relationships Reports to : Executive Director – Pharmacy, Supply Chain Direct Reports : 8 – 10 direct reports Key Relationships : Pharmacy and Finance leadership, Pharmacy Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Legal Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy, plus at least 3 years of experience in hospital pharmacy practice required. Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in Indiana or eligible for licensure. Requires knowledge of the accepted practices, procedures, regulations, and techniques applicable to the practice of Pharmacy. 7-10 years of relevant pharmacy experience is required. Management experience is preferred. MBA/MHA preferred. Experience managing 340B claims, third-party administrators, and internal audits is strongly preferred. 3-5 years of 340B experience strongly preferred. Apexus ACE certification is preferred.
