Apply today/ppMaintenance Technician Responsibilities:/pulliRead and interpret electrical schematics ranging from low voltage to 480V- 3 phase/liliUnderstand and interpret mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics/liliUse machine tool manuals, technical documents, assembly instructions, troubleshooting guides and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues/liliTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including CNC equipment and PLCs/liliUse various electrical testing devices and programming equipment to perform general electrical repairs/liliParticipate in the continuous improvement process and collaborate with team members in problem solving meetings/liliAssist in requisition of all spare and repair parts to maintain inventory at a desired level to minimize machine downtime/liliSupport equipment installations and removals/liliRecord repairs and maintenance performed in a computerized maintenance management system/li/ulpRequirements for Maintenance Technician:/pulliExperienced with Lock Out / Tag Out techniques/liliAble to effectively communicate with production supervisors and machine operators/li/ulpQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
