Spherion is hiring for a amazing client in Canonsburg, PA This is a HOT opportunity

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and programs.
* Assist with ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
* Oversee employee onboarding, screenings and orientation

Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing/ industrial setting
* HS Diploma/ GED
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive candidate acquisition to successful completion.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Prociency in HRIS, ADP, Paycom (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Monday through Friday; 7am to 4pm - Awesome office, team and location You'll feel like your at home

Pay: $19-20 and hour DOE

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per year
