Drive contacts related to mall maintenance and head leases. Budgeting for each mall by units, ensuring financial efficiency and performance. Collaborate closely with the Business Head of Oasis Malls to achieve set targets. Lead the delivery of financial budgets across the region. Collaboratively set marketing budgets with the Oasis Team. Manage all receivables/payables and related financial activities. Establish KPIs for Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams and ensure their implementation. Focus on maximizing financial efficiencies across all areas within the GCC. Control lease rentals/payments to ensure timely schedule adherences. Foster and maintain relationships with group CEOs, division heads, project managers, territory heads, and finance heads within the GCC.
