Description

What Your Day Looks Like:
  • Review the adequacy of client's internal control systems, document the system for our files, and perform testing to verify the accuracy of the data provided.
  • Import data such as working trial balance from client's files to our workpaper files.
  • Prepare workpapers and posts entries to our working trial balance.
  • Prepare drafts of client's financial statements.
What You Need for This Role:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in accounting.
  • Working towards CPA designation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience using technology and basic software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, SSARS, and financial statement disclosures.
  • Basic understanding of corporate, partnership, and individual tax laws.
