Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $45 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.
Implement internal controls and document accounting processes.
Manage state unemployment and income tax withholding accounts.
Maintain daily accounting ledgers and prepare monthly consolidated financial statements.
Review invoices for accuracy, ensure proper coding, and post into accounting software daily.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2-4+ years of accounting and vendor management .
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks), Microsoft Office,(Excel)
Experience:
Background in real estate or construction accounting preferred.
Excellent communication for collaborating with colleagues and clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
