Business Analyst
for our shared-services
Finance
department in the
Atlanta, GA
office .
This is an entry-level position.
This is an in-office position.
Business Analyst Primary Responsibilities
Enter and run customer rebate process in PeopleSoft (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual).
Answer internal/external questions on customer rebate calculations as needed.
Update and maintain sales regions and territories in PeopleSoft for Sales Reporting. Maintain published territory/region sales maps.
Prepare agents agreements using DocuSign.
Update sales commission agreements in PeopleSoft after signed agreements are received.
Set up automating reports when possible.
Assist sales organization in pulling ad-hoc sales reports when requested.
Assist Sales VPs, Directors and Regional Managers with reports/analysis as needed.
Become QlikSense power user for the sales organization. Assist with pulling reports and developing charts and graphs in QlikSense.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel less than 5%.
Business Analyst Experience
Minimum 2-3 years related work experience in business analytics and/or reporting.
Work experience using an ERP computer system is beneficial.
Business Analyst Education, Licenses & Certifications
A four-year degree in Business Administration or business-related field from an accredited college or university.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Impeccable clerical, computer expertise, and organization skills are a must.
Excellent work ethic, good oral and written communication skills
Motivated task-oriented self-starter
Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and general public.
Intermediate level math skills (able to calculate discounts and commissions)
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and PeopleSoft
Follows through on projects in a timely manner.
Openly communicates and shares.
Commits to high standards of moral and legal conduct and acts fairly in all business dealings.

Additional Information
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level.
Repetitive computer and administrative tasks require constant hand activity including handle, feel, finger, grasp, squeeze, handle, flex and extend wrist.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
