We are looking for an Associate Analyst, Demand Planning to join our team at Designs for Health. In this role, you will assist in creating and maintaining sales forecasts for all business channels. You'll play a key role in the end-to-end Demand Forecast and S&OP processes, including maintenance, analysis, accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also schedule the S&OP pre-meetings monthly with all channel leaders, incorporating their feedback into the sales forecast to support our rapid growth.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
•Coordinate scheduling of all S&OP meetings.
•Distribute forecast accuracy reports.
•Facilitate updates to the forecast from the Sales Team.
•Manipulate data in Anaplan for analysis.
•Assemble monthly reports and slide decks.
•Compile and distribute the final forecast.
•Track forecast accuracy performance.
•Perform monthly forecast maintenance.
•Maintain forecast accuracy KPIs.
•Handle ad hoc analysis requests.

Requirements:
•Previous experience in a supply chain administrative role and interacting with sales leaders.
•Experience as an analyst or familiarity with working with large datasets.
•Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Competencies:
•Experience using forecasting or S&OP software.
•Bonus if you have used Anaplan, Sage X3, or NetSuite in previous roles.
•Working knowledge of S&OP processes and their application.
•Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
•Attention to detail.
•Time management skills.
•CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
