We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team Onsite/Hybrid based in Cary, North Carolina (Raleigh-Durham area).

About the Project:
Client Lifecycle Management & Transformation project includes 3 parts: CM (Client Management), CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) and CT (Client Transformation). The types of services are a mixture, both RTB (Run the bank) and CTB (Change the Bank).

The CLM Technology team within the TDI CB Tech organization delivers effective, efficient and innovative processes for new client adoptions, new product extensions, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, client account lifecycle management and off boarding. CLM Technology is an engineering-driven organization with a focus on test-driven development and continuous delivery. Operating as a scaled agile function provides us with the flexibility of scrum while maintaining control and transparency in an intricate and evolving regulatory landscape.

The Full Stack Developer should be skilled in Java and Oracle, have CI experience ideally with Jenkins, and strong knowledge of Angular 11.

Job Description:

  • Designs, creates and administrates code to implement business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Creation and modification of source code.
  • Creation and modification of application configurations and parameterization.
  • Application builds and deployment onto test and/or productions systems.
  • Ensuring software complies with architecture requirements, definition of detailed application architecture.
  • Configuration and use of tools for software development including IDEs, code administration, deployment configuration, DevOps, process/test automation, robotics, security, encryption & identity management.
  • Document business and functional requirements, design decisions and API.
  • Coding and testing, reviewing other team member's changes.
  • Unit test automation of new and existing functionality for maximum code coverage.
  • Co-working with QA team on test automation of new and existing functionality.
  • Contribute to the definition of the future state of the system architecture.
  • Ensure environment stability, expeditious and timely resolution of Production issues, ensuring minimal downtimes and continuity of services.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must located in the Raleigh-Durham area and ability to work onsite/hybrid from day 1.
  • 7+ years of proven experience with Java (Java 8 preferred) and focus on multi-threading, collections, concurrency and optimization.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in Angular 11/AG Grid or React User Interface (UI) technologies.
  • Extensive hands-on experience using Java, Scala, Python, Hadoop, Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Spring JPA and Java Stream application programming interface (API).
  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications and database experience (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Spring Core, MVC, JPA, Security and transaction.
  • Extensive HTML, CSS, Web Service (REST), JUnit (or Selenium) experience.
  • Proficient in Agile Development and understanding/knowledge of JIRA.
  • Good understanding of SQL and Oracle.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and oracle stored procedures/functions.
  • Prior experience working in a CI/CD environment with TeamCity/Jenkins.
  • Experience working in an agile team, practicing Scrum, Kanban or XP.
  • Exposure to Cloud platforms like GCP/AWS/Azure is good to have. GCP preferred.
  • Exposure to frameworks like Junit, BDD, Mockito, Cucumber etc. for implementation and unit testing.
  • Ability to produce well-tested, documented, high-performance code to tight schedules
Education:
  • Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent) - with a minor in Finance, Mathematics or Engineering preferred.
