Summary of Position:

This position will be working with the company's Contacts Dept, Accounts Payable Dept, Project Managers, Sub-Contract owners, and Insurance agents during all stages of construction to effectively manage MP Nexlevel's sub-contracting business. The position may also expand to applying for city and state licenses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with project managers to coordinate the use of subcontractors.
  • Obtain sub-contractor documentation including sub-contracts, insurance, and license information.
  • Request Sub-contractor certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Review and evaluate sub-contractor insurance and endorsements for compliance.
  • Provide certificates of insurance to our clients.
  • Maintain database of sub-contractors and business license's
Essential Education and Qualifications:
  • Preferred 2 years minimum level of experience in insurance business.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple team members and tasks in a challenging environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational and communication skills with an attention to detail and follow-up.
Preferred Skills:
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a challenging environment.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Prior experience in contracts documentation and follow up.
  • Strong verbal communication.
